Fit2Globalize™ supports export managers to easily assess the attractiveness of an export market and the ability to win of their company.
The app leads the user thru a group of questions regarding the attractiveness of an export market and a second group of question regarding the ability to win in a target country. The result are the mapping of the export market in the market attractiveness/ability to win matrix, the SWOT and the overview of the evaluation with the comparison of up to three people analyzing the same country.

• Weighting and answering of 23 questions regarding “market attractiveness” and “ability to win” of a company in an export market
• Sources to answer the questions are linked in the tool if available: World bank, Hofstede data base, Doing business, Risk maps, …
