Not receiving email
I’m not receiving the email to verify my account. So I don’t know how the app works.
Different measurements on different surfaces
If I move the scale around my house, from one tile to a different similar tile, to hardwood, to low pile carpet I get completely different (but in a similar range) measurements. Also, I CANNOT GET BLUETOOTH TO CONNECT TO THE SCALE. Bummer because it’s a nice scale and I want the amenities it offers on the app.

No longer works
I got the FitLive scale in 2019 and absolutely loved it. I’m assuming they updated the app version at some point in 2023 because now all of my progress is lost, I can’t login “user not found”, can’t use the forgot password button, can’t make a new account, there’s no help button. I would understand if it was the scale since I have had it for a while but the scale works great still. I can’t get into the app at all. It’s frustrating and unfortunate. If the user issue gets fixed it really was a wonderful app for an insight to your health and I enjoyed using it while it worked.

App no longer works
App was useful, but with new iPhone updates it no longer works. don’t buy the scale because it is now useless.
