I wish you would offer more Level One classes in Winter Garden anytime after 3.

This app is very well thought out. Super intuitive. I love that I can set goals, choose my reformer, track milestones.
I do see a Calendar option, but can't add a class to my Google Calendar from my phone. I can only do it on the site. Would be nice to have that update!

AMAZED!
I went to my very first class this morning, and was completely amazed at the set up the structure, the studio and the instructor I was sold by the end of the class. I can't wait for my next.
Transformative
I bern taking Pilates classes at 407 fitness for more than a year and it has been a transformative experience. The focus on core strength and flexibility molds your body given you beautiful curves. The instructor's guidance has been excellent, making the sessions both challenging and enjoyable. Overall, a highly recommended fitness option for anyone looking to enhance their overall well-being.
