FITAF OPS

FITAF Ops is the internal staff app for FIT AS FIRE pilates studios. It is built for our coaches, front desk, support team and studio managers, and it is not meant for studio members or the public. What staff can do: - See your own upcoming schedule: the classes you teach, front desk blocks and training. - Find the next free intro, paid intro and Level One class at every studio, so you can quote it on a call. - File a support request for a studio problem, follow it, and confirm when it is fixed. Managers and leadership see the role-based studio tools their role allows. Access is by invitation only. Your studio sets up your access in advance, and you sign in with your staff Google account. There is no way to create an account in the app.
