So after I do the work out my stomach hurts when I move but I feel sore but itโs fine

I downloaded this app then they asked me questions it was great then they said to wait so I did after they said that something was wrong but nothing was wrong but I tried and tried and still nothing and Iโm really disappointed in this app I saw a video and says that it helps you to stay in fit so I tried and I tried but nothing so 1 star
