This version includes the ability to log into the clinician side of the platform, Cisco Webex integration, social determinants of health resources, and various bug fixes. Clinicians and patients can log into the same app and view the features enabled for their own account. Clinician Login Users with a staff role (system admin, care manager, doctor, caregiver, etc.) can log into the app and view their list of patients. Clinicians can view the profile page of their patients. They will see the patient's basic information, adherence rates, and a snapshot of all the prescribed activities and treatments. Clinicians can also report on treatments directly from the app. Cisco Webex Integration Telehealth appointments can be executed via either Cisco Webex or Twilio now. Social Determinants of Health Resources (SDOH Resources) To provide support for all patients, they can view SDOH referrals made by their clinician to access the resources they need. Bug Fixes If a module is turned on or off, it will be reflected within the app as well. All plan types can be opened within the app. Push notifications can be enabled. If a notification is accepted, the user will be redirected to the "Notifications" tab upon login. UI/UX Design Changes Design changes were made across the entire app.
