Давно слежу за Златой, очень обрадовалась появлению приложения. Нравится персонализация - можно высчитать норму калорий даже при ГВ или беременности. Подсчет ИИшкой по фото - крайне удобная фишка!

Отличное приложение

Очень удобное приложение для подсчета калорий и планирования тренировок. Тут также можно фиксировать свой прогресс. Особенно радует ИИ распознавание блюд, тк с его помощью можно быстро внести еду. Это помогает развивать регулярность и вносить всё, даже, когда лень.
Ещё радует, что всё в одном месте. Не нужно скачивать доп. приложения для тренировок.
Не могу не отметить, что в приложении есть рецепты. Часть уже готовила - вкусно

Очень понравилось приложение, удобно посчитать необходимые макронутриенты, есть ии разборы формы ягодиц, определения кбжу по фото, очень классные и удобные функции) также можно посчитать процент жира, что тоже очень важно при похудении)) что еще понравилось, в приложении есть ссылки на видео Златы, которые можно посмотреть и обновить какую-то информацию в голове)
