Great App

Great App!!! Helps me understand the difference about all the Fitbits I own

Great app

Very useful and has a lot of information! Great work

Good information, not the best functionality

First this is a learning app developed to teach employees about Fitbit, to better serve Fitbit customers. That being said what 4+ year old would have access to an employee reference code to register.

The screen is optimized for desktop that being said on mobile devices there is a significant amount of scrolling to navigate the app. Developers need to fix this because it is nearly impossible to do training on a phone. For this reason I use my IPad to take some of the courses. Even on IPad the interface is a little difficult. You still have to scroll to center the information sometimes adjusting the image left, right, up, or down to see the button to advance to the next page of information. I don’t know if this is an issue with my device or others, but I experience a significant amount of lag. When I select an option to open information it doesn’t always open. Sometimes I have to select the option multiple times to open or close the training window. I have even gone as far as resetting the app to re-enter training to continue where I left off.

This app is manageable and full of good detail for those selling Fitbit products. It could be better if the developers designed it with mobile users in mind. Duplicating the website on an App doesn’t really add convenience when everyone could enter the exact same training through the website.

Not optimized for mobile

This app is hardly optimized for mobile, so while the menus are okay, the quizzes themselves are impossible to take. It involves a lot of scrolling and not seeing the full picture for most of the learning portion of the quiz, which makes me want to just do these on my computer instead. Plus it doesn’t keep you logged in, so that’s a bother to log in every time. I’m just gonna use my laptop instead of this.
