Trixy

Just started using and seems ok. Just have to get by the trickery trying to get you to purchase “Pro” from the very start. Hopefully won’t get so aggravating I have to delete.

Syncs very little

Expected it to sync most my Fitbit data into Apple Health. In fact just synced a few of the data points but most didn’t sync. Got error code - no FAQ for that error. Glad I only paid for 1 week but even then really not worth it

403 forbidden

This app used to be really good. I just got a Fitbit again and now it just gives a 403 error when trying to sync. I guess it hasn’t been update to support the move to google. Looks like I’ll have to find a new app

Used to work

Used for years but now they broke it. Disappointing

Save your $$! App does not work and has zero support to correct bugs

The title says it all. I was forced to pay $9.99 for an app that does not work. Every time i try to sync my fitbit to apple health i get an error code. Further, there is no point of contact for support to correct the issue. Your only recourse is to report the bug to apple themselves. Save your money. This app is a scam.

Avoid

You have to pay before you can see if it works…. It doesn’t. Support is just a list of FAQs that list the issues they know full well you will have… but their fixes don’t work. Waist is £59!!

App does not work

The url to sign in to Fitbit at Fitbit.com returns a 403 forbidden error. The website address to login into the Fitbit account has changed and needs to be updated on your app. Until this change is made the app simply does not work.

Locked previously free features behind paywall

NOT COOL.

Not for me

I bought this to sync fitbit to Apple health and now it requires a subscription?! Pay twice? Deleting this app.

Need uptown to upload my downloaded data

The app works ok.
They say it cannot download all data because Fitbit does not allow them to get it, of course they don’t.
You should implement a function to upload from my downloaded data file from Fitbit. I will be waiting.

Sync function great Aug 2025

UPDATE 31-Aug-2025. App sync fully working again. Awesome!!!

I used to love this App. Worked great with Versa and Versa 4 Fitbit for several years. But as of Aug 2025 sync partially fails, Fitbit not available (200). Reinstall etc no good. I’ll try to contact Dev.

App doesn’t work

I have reached out to app developer but recently won’t sync with Fitbit at all or will sync a couple of items but not everything it’s supposed to.

It no longer works

As a long-time user of the Sync Solver app, I’ve been consistently impressed with its ability to seamlessly sync Fitbit data to Apple Health. Over the past four years, it has been a reliable and essential tool in my health tracking ecosystem, bridging the gap between two major platforms with minimal effort and maximum efficiency.

However, my recent experience has been disappointing. Over the past week, I’ve encountered a persistent Sync 200 error that has rendered the app non-functional. Despite multiple troubleshooting attempts, including deleting and reinstalling both the Fitbit and Sync Solver apps, and logging in and out of accounts, the issue remains unresolved. This error has disrupted the syncing of critical data such as dietary intake, resting calories, and active calories, which are central to my health tracking routine.

At present, the app is no longer performing as advertised. For users who rely on accurate and consistent syncing of calorie related data, I would advise caution. Until this issue is addressed by the developers, the app may not meet expectations or deliver the functionality it once did.

I hope the Sync Solver team can resolve this issue soon, as the app has historically been a fantastic solution. But for now, prospective users should be aware of this limitation.

I payed for lifetime but still locked

I payed 100$ for lifetime access but still only step is sync.

A once free app is now expensive

I used Sync Solver for years and then unannounced they introduced a paid plan and the free version only syncs steps - no other data. So I switched to Power Sync which works great.

Disappointed

I bought a perpetual / lifetime licence for this app back in 2017, after an upgrade of app I could not use the app, support are unable to help, the cost of buying a new lifetime licence is ridiculous. This is a simple app that takes your Fitbit data and writes it to Apple Health data, a simple transfer - there are other solutions out there - even one using IFTT, but beware the developers here have many versions all leading to same pricing paywall. I have found an alternative.

Already paid for

I’ve been using this app for years and only to transfer my Fitbit scale weight to my Apple health. Out of the blue it now wants me to pay again for an extremely expensive annual fee to go Pro and the original app that I ALREADY PAID FOR no longer works. Disappointed but NO thanks.

Everything now behind a subscription paywall —

Nope! Byeeee…
