Can’t download videos
When I try to download videos it tells me it did, but when I go offline the videos don’t play. Quite annoying because I travel a lot for work and it would be super useful to be able to study on the plane.
Playing videos on mobile app leads to errors
When you play a video it some times works and sometimes doesn’t. For example, if you end one video and wish to go onto the next it will throw up an error saying “couldn’t load” etc. you then log out and log back in and have the same issue, close the app and reload and same issue. The only solution I have found is to uninstall the app on my mobile and re-download it and then it works again. I have had to do the multiple times in the first few weeks of using this app. This needs to be fixed asap.

Doesn’t load
It takes forever to load the videos and it doesn’t sync with progress made on other devices.

The questions in the Derivatives module do not load

I have never left a review on an app before but this is awful. Videos don’t load and it constantly crashes. AVOID and use the website!
Works but
It is very slow and not very user friendly. No function where you really left off, no proper way to repeat (weak) questions and the worst is that moving forward or backwards in the videos is really weird. It works somehow but only several minutes, not 15 seconds for example
Disappointed
Having been to their classes and seeing the level of teaching compared to the app is on a different level. Classes are brilliant but as soon as you want to do any work out of the class on the app, it’s impossible. App keeps crashing, video can’t be fast forwarded to where you left off and having to uninstall a reinstall to try get the app to work. Disappointing with the amount you pay for the service.
