So good!!

I exercise regularly, however, it's good to have your body on the edge when you're training. I saw this app and considered giving the app a go. Its selection of exercises for specific areas of your body is excellent, as are the simple, medium, and tough selections. The app has both audio and visual which is great if you're away from your phone. It doesn't require much space and if you've got mats, you're set to start. In the beginning, the sequence of exercises isn't long, I typically complete 3 sets, until the exercises become more extensive. So far, I am enjoying it. And have sent it to my buddies.

experience is so good FitChallenge

I would highly recommend this application for anyone who is looking to begin a new habit but isn't sure how to handle the higher expectations that other apps offer. This plan is easy to use and starts extremely minimal. In the next week, it goes up however only by a tiny amount. You can find pictures as well as timers to assist you. The process can be repeated at any time in case you're not up to go on. It took me 2 to 3 minutes to complete it. There was an anxiety about exercising being excessively difficult or taking up too long. It was precisely the kind of thing I needed to achieve my goals!

Perfect!!!

Excellent application! It's really well-designed. It's very welcoming (easy) in the initial couple of days, but then it becomes more difficult when you advance. The only thing I would say is that I've noticed that (at medium level 1) in the final couple of days it only increased the amount of repetitions and exercises, but not in the same amount. In the end, it turned the challenge a little boring and isn't ideal for anyone who wants to build muscle.

I really love it

I absolutely love this app. It's extremely easy to use. I've recently completed the Hard Level of Abs 30 days ago and am currently at day 16 of the Hard levels of the Butt exercise. My only suggestion could be that instead of notifications that tell you when you need to be exercising, the notification could provide an approximate estimate of how long it would take to finish the workout for the day. It's something I'd love to look into, in order to be inspired every day. It's challenging to remain motivated continuously and anything you could implement to help change this would be a great idea.

I absolutely love this app! It's very straightforward to understand and helps me stay motivated to exercise. It allows you to select the type of workout, the is the level you prefer (easy, medium, and tough) It doesn't need weights. It also gives the exercises in a way in case you aren't sure and gives you the option to end the exercise or to add more intervals of rest. It's fantastic!

very successful app

Amazing! The app is full of great exercises, and it caters to everything to your level depending on your level of fitness. Overall, I'm very pleased with the app so far. I've bought the app as a result of closings to gyms and it hasn't let me down to date! My only suggestion is that the person who is directing you reminds you of how to dress for people who don't know of their posture but aren't aware of their form yet!

Good job.

It's a workout that I could actually perform! I've always wanted to be more active however I've not a clue what to do first, which is why I end up doing exercises. The app can choose your own difficulty range, and because I'm just starting out, I chose an easy level. It's a great workout for me! I'm afraid to begin working out since I'm sure I'm not powerful yet. However, it makes me feel more secure. My workouts are getting a bit more challenging each day, and it's exciting to watch myself get stronger!

It's good

Excellent free app. Some enhancements could make it more useful. It is very strange to hear that the voice prompter uses e.g. fifty "raps" instead of reps. This is a constant annoyance when I listen to it. It's also the reality that the count stops so quickly is annoying, and I end up needing to restart it numerous times.

The best fitness application I've had the pleasure of seeing. This app is essential for novices as well as the regular exerciser. The app has a very thorough presentation given that helps you comprehend the process very quickly. The app creator has categorized exercises into easy moderate and difficult for those who are new to exercise, and regular also. The app should be cost-free, however, it's free just for 30 days.

Excellent!!!

It's the most effective app I've seen thus far. The app hasn't been used for the last month ago. One thing that I'd like to say is the levels of difficulty appear to be inaccurate. It's not like I'm a beginner however, my exercise plan began with simple workouts. I decided to not follow the program and instead am taking on the exercises to the highest levels.

Great

Really, I enjoy this app! It's easy enough for you to get started! The workouts are excellent as are the breaks between each (I'm an absolute beginner, and doing back-to-back exercises is difficult for me). It's a fantastic resource for those trying to establish habits! The only thing I have to say is that it doesn't promote stretches and warm-ups or cooling downs. It's pretty much on your all on your own. It also tends to concentrate on the same muscle groups often. The thighs of my thigh are screaming LOL.

It's good

It's all cost-free. Workouts that target all muscles and parts of the body. They are divided into various areas i.e. butt, arms, abs, etc. Fantastic tutorials that explain the proper exercises, form, and technique that can be extremely beneficial. I enjoyed using this handy and flexible program. Advertisements aren't all that bad and they are simple to remove.

Good job.

Excellent application. It's really enjoyable. It has one disadvantage. You must be able to change exercises if it's difficult for you. For me, I'm not able to do push-ups. that when I do the full Body Program on Medium, it's the ideal level of difficulty for my body, minus my arms, which are extremely fatigued.

The only issue does not back up the data to the cloud. It shows errors constantly, and the sync feature to Google Fit is turned on. Awesome!! The fact that it is a free application and schedule for workouts helps in maintaining. Excellent for managing your exercises with free segments focused on specific workouts. Since it's a free app, it exceeds expectations receiving so much, in return, and getting advertisements is acceptable. Thank you, Team!! Helping greatly in maintaining my workout schedule in a current crucial pandemic.

Love this app, I've been using it for some time and recommended it to many, however, I think the app could have more depth and fitness application if, after all the various seasons of exercise it had simple stretching exercises to perform to counteract the workout that you've just completed. In other words, if it's an exercise day, and following it with 2 or 3 easy street stretches to strengthen the muscle to ensure that it will not be sore

It's an excellent application. The app is free and it does the job perfectly. The program provides vocal suggestions that can be removed. The best part is that you can grade the exercises according to difficulty and the target specific areas such as the entire leg, or arm, for example. And the best part is, when you adhere to this program daily and stick to the diet program, you will get what they promise.

I've tested a number of fitness-related apps to aid in weight loss...But they all begin with the assumption that users can sit on their heads in the same go...This app is different. It gives 6 levels of difficulty and allows you to begin slowly and steadily before getting hard... I'm loving it to this point.

Awesome app

I am a huge fan of the application It's amazing! It's extremely helpful and offers different levels based on your needs of yours. I would recommend this to people with a negative view of their fitness. It prompts you to work out every time you aren't and provides a rest day. It will also show the number of calories burned depending on the intensity of exercise you've done. I absolutely love it It's awesome! Go for it ! !! This will definitely help. Best of luck !!!

Good job.

This is among the top apps I've come across to access no-cost content. In the process of getting myself into an exercise routine that is more effective and did not want to make a commitment until I knew I would use paid-for features. The program is incredibly customizable in terms of workout intensity and areas of focus.......... exercise every day has kept my heart rate up.

Works great

I used this application daily and was awed by the app. I would choose 1 subject to concentrate on daily, then complete 2 or 3 of these sessions. They are brief sessions, that are great because I could squeeze in 1 session in every single break. Recently, they have changed the rules and now I'm unable to do greater than 1 session per day. I also need to view a lot of commercials during my 10 minutes of exercise. It irritates me and can make my workout more difficult (not doing more. just sitting and waiting)
