About
FitClock is the alarm that will not let you off easy. Set your alarm. Pick your
exercise. When it goes off, the only way to stop it is to actually move, and it keeps
going until you finish. No snooze button. No sliding it away half asleep.
Your camera counts every rep and scores your form, so a half push-up does not count.
Choose your wake-up:
- Push-ups, with depth and lockout checked on every rep
- Squats, scored for depth and tempo
- Jumping jacks, sit-ups, lunges, high knees
- Plank holds, burpees, mountain climbers
- 50 steps, when you would rather not use the camera
How it works:
- Set an alarm and choose your exercise and rep target
- The alarm rings through Silent mode and Focus
- Complete your reps in front of the camera to dismiss it
- Your streak grows, and your target grows with you
Not just counting, scoring:
Most alarm apps count reps. FitClock scores them. Depth, tempo and form on every single
rep, so you find out whether that was a real set or a sloppy one. Your rep target rises
over eight weeks as you get stronger, so the alarm that wakes you today is not the one
that wakes you in two months.
Turn on more than one exercise and FitClock picks a different one each morning, so the
week never gets stale.
Why it works:
Willpower is at its weakest at 6am. Your prefrontal cortex, the part that makes
decisions, is still offline. FitClock removes the decision. By the time the alarm stops
you are already up, already moving, and the hardest part of the day is behind you.
Everything happens on your device. Camera frames are analysed to count your reps and are
never recorded, stored or uploaded.
