Guess what?! This App is no longer working. It has been removed since October 2025 (not App Store but a vendor removed it). Just save yourself before it will make worse. I deleted my account already
App is awesome still needs improvement
I am unable to connect the app with Apple health or fitness. Though the app is useful and provides good regime of workouts. More work out needs to be added.
Somewhat works
Downloaded and have been trying all day to get the AI workout to create a fitness plan for me. Gets up to 30% complete and then errors out. Says “oops!” Please try again. Contacted support and apparently it is fixed now. (The next day) So I tried again. You can have AI create you a workout plan based upon what equipment you have at home. However, I did not say I had a barbell at home and every routine it created included barbells. I also have a treadmill and elliptical machine machines at home, but there’s no option to use those during your workout. I have once again contacted support to see if they can fix the problem. I will update this review if they get it working.

Lamentable
Llevo 3 días intentando subir el primer ejercicio, no hay manera. Es una pena de aplicación, cualquier cambio que trato de hacer el el entreno se pierde.

La atención al cliente no sé si es nefasta o simplemente inexistente.
Me están cobrando la versión PRO cuando ni siquiera estoy suscrito y es imposible contactar con alguien para subsanar el error.
No lo recomiendo bajo ningún concepto. Es frustrante que te estén cobrando 29€ por un servicio que no utilizas, ni siquiera tenía la aplicación descargada, la probé, no me gustó y sólicité que se me diera de baja. Como comentaba en la app aparece como que NO ESTOY SUSCRITO.

Si queréis planes de entrenamiento preguntadle a chatGPT y ahorraros estas movidas.

Good start
I have been a premium user for a while. I like the app and routines a lot, but usability for me is quite limited because it’s an iPhone only app.
Adding an Apple TV version and an Apple Watch companion app with HealthKit integration (I’m never going to add this info manually) would make a 5-star app and my daily go-to for all of my fitness goals and routines.

Está bastante completa en general, pero para tener las 5 estrellas tendría que tener una versión para el Apple Watch.
Sería bueno también que se pudiera elegir si los ejercicios se hacen con una extremidad o con las dos.

I’ve tried for 3 hours to get registered, but it’s still not completed. Bottom line: unusable and a waste of time.

Downloaded to try out today and noticed it had the lifetime version for free.
Signed up for the lifetime version and that all went through fine but then had to leave the app for a phone call.
Coming back to the app and it just hangs on the loading screen with the logo. Have left it for ages and it never loads.
If you can fix the problem so I can actually get to look inside the app then I'll update my review but as it is the app is completely unusable. Sorry. 😳

Extremely buggy app and unusable
The app is very buggy, long load times during setup and takes minutes to acknowledge selection. Unable to use app because of blank white screen when loading.

Download this today. Went through the registration process and went through all the pages. Then it just crashed. Went bag multiple times to log in. Nothing happens. App doesn’t work. Zero stars.
The app was released for free but
Couldn't register my name because the app wants my email address. I continuously tried to hide my email address from this app so it can't sell my information. It kept coming up with error messages and at one point in froze so I had to delete the app and reinstall it. All I can say is this app looks dodgy as hell and there's no way I would ever use it!!!!
