Best app ever until it wasn’t
I loved this app. Used to everyday for 356 days And had great success using it. However, if you do 365 days in a row you are rewarded with a “lifetime” membership. And conveniently at 356 days the app stopped working and the only to fix it was to delete and redownload the app. And you lose all your data. Then the price goes from $35 a year to $65. it was very frustrating

Not worth downloading
Very basic. Doesn't scan many items, either on plate or barcode. Notifications don't tell you anything - simply take you to the home page. Many other better apps available.

the app stopped working. there is no way to get support for this. please refund!!!!!

I was measuring my food and put exactly what I ate and it would change it ! And when I would change it back it would change it again ! It’s untrustworthy because now I’m not sure what other entry’s they changed without me noticing

Lost account after years of use
I have been an avid user of this app, and have been a subscriber since they started, before updates, and before it became popular and
Mainstream. Ever since the last week of April (and presumably after the 1.1 update), my account is nowhere to be found, and I cannot access it. I lost all of my history, all of my saved meals, and personal information. This is the 2nd time this has happened, and I’ve been left in the dark. This app is great and I desperately want to undo this 1-star review, but in the meantime, It’ll have to stay.
