Useless

Why bother to make a Bluetooth app for your treadmill that doesn’t connect.
Also, it is not right to advertise BT connectivity on the machine when it really doesn’t work. I’ve searched the reviews and internet and haven’t found 1 success story only failures!

The worst app on the store

This is it! You found it. The absolute worst app in the App Store. It doesn’t connect to the treadmill- via Bluetooth or direct connection. It’s amazing that any company would put this out in an era when the fitness industry is moving to interactive digital products. If you seek an interactive product this is NOT the company. It’s like stepping back in time to the 1980s.

Cannot connect Bluetooth

I have not been able to connect to the desk hardware and cannot connect my Apple health account either.

Avoid LifeSpan treadmills

I was close to pulling the trigger on one of the under desk treadmills so I checked out the app first. Based on all the reviews I am not going to buy the treadmill.

Worthless wasted so much time

45 min wasted

Unable to connect

Nothing I do can get the treadmill to communicate with the app.
Because of this, I am also unable to use my treadmill desk faster than 2 MPH.
With the app you can set your treadmill to twice that speed. Allegedly. To date I still have no idea for sure.
That the app would be such a letdown when the treadmill itself is so good is baffling.
