A cleaner logbook, a printable PDF, and a simpler home. • Log: workouts are grouped by month with totals, one line each — date, type, title, summary, minutes. Far more fits on a screen. • Export PDF: pick a period and a layout (every exercise with its sets, or one line per workout) and print, save to Files or share it. • Today: one card for what's next, one row to start anything — Workout, Cardio, Tabata, Quick — and one card for this week. • Settings moved to the tab bar; tabs are icons only. Cardio on Apple Watch — easier to read, and more robust. • New Watch screen: big numbers in the order you glance at them — time, distance, pace, heart rate with its zone bar. • Split alerts: a tap on the wrist every kilometer (or mile) with that split's pace and average heart rate. Turn it off on the controls page. • If the iPhone app is closed mid-workout, it picks the session back up when reopened — ending on the phone ends the Watch too, and heart rate lands in the log. • Starting on both devices at once no longer creates two records; pausing from the phone works even when the live link drops. • Heart rate is asked for before the first workout starts, and workouts missing heart rate are filled in from Health.
