Not Ready for Subscribers!!!
I downloaded and subscribed toFitX. While the routines have potential, here’s where it came up short.
-It appears the apples developed by people that do not actively work out. The names of the exercises do not match the animations i.e. the animations will be showing a side plank dip while the name indicates a plank reach through.
- there is absolutely no audio feedback until you have reached the very end and it says good job having a circuit based out without coaching bet to indicate transitions, etc. is crazy. I often find myself doing more floor exercises than needed and then missing part of the next exercise, as I cannot watch the phone all the time.
- It is difficult to preview the next exercise mid workout
- The length of time stated as sometimes very different from the estimate
- If you don’t go the extra step and swipe the app up to completely close it out it will not update the date or exercise routine for the next day.
- there is not an obvious balance or indication for left /right exercises
- For the last five days it has had me on a rest day.

Great
Didn’t feel really sore and saw results quick
No workouts listed
I subscribed and filled out all of the information but yet I am still getting no recommended workouts. For 7+ days it keeps saying “rest day” don’t get me wrong that’s my favorite workout but I signed up to break that habit.

The app is useless and so is customer service!
Does not work
I paid for a custom program and after five days, I keep getting a message that “today is a rest day” (for the past five days). It won’t allow me to move past that message to look back at earlier days’ workouts or ahead to next days’ workouts. Very disappointing.
Locked out
I signed up for a 3 month subscription & I used it once. After getting the flu, I tried to sign in 4 days later & was locked out. I couldn’t get back into the app. It just continually scrolled. I did this for almost 2 weeks of trying to get in to do my workout. I couldn’t get in to send a message to get help. I tried messaging through the App Store, I sent 3 messages & never heard back from anyone. I took my phone to the Apple Store & they helped me get into the app. I have now sent 2 messages canceling my membership & requesting a refund & STILL HAVENT HEARD FROM ANYONE!! This is horrible. I’m scared that they’re going to charge me again. I don’t understand how they can do business this way!! I’m hoping this review will get there attention & I can FINALLY CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP & HOPEFULLY GET MY REFUND!! I was charged for 3 months & only used the app once!! No matter where I went, I couldn’t open the app, it just scrolled with or without WiFi…. & now they’re ghosting me when I want to cancel… not ok!!

Horrible
A week and a half. I’ve had this freaking app and it’s only scheduled two workouts.
Not Worth the Money
I started this about 5 days ago. The app says it creates a personalized plan, but I will pull the app up and the workout will be the same from the day before. I can’t look at next days workouts to prep before the workout. I can’t look at previous workouts from days before to see what I have done. I can’t play music on my phone while the app is showing the workout even though the app workouts don’t have sound. Very unhappy with the app as a whole. Wouldn’t waste your money on it.

Great content but needs an update otherwise I would give 5 stars.
Love the exercises and demos but there is no verbal component on the exercises and you can't tie in music. Actual people doing the exercises and describing them and counting down et centera would be a great improvement.
Not worth it
App doesn’t allow for music or verbal explanation. I selected no equipment available just a floor and many workouts contain the use of weight or matching or lift up bar. Sets up for high expectations only to be frustrated and disappointed

You do an assessment online based on your answers then the work out that was created doesn’t reflect what you put big is that honor work out no equipment and they create a workout plan that has equipment in it that you don’t have. Why are they even asking you these questions?

This APP deserves ZERO stars as the plans that they have listed are complete SCAMS. I paid for the ONE (1) WEEK plan which was $3.99 , and upon paying for it, I made sure to UNSUBSCRIBE on the App to prevent recurring payments; I also verified with APPLE as I did not want the future charge. Thinking that I was covered, imagine my surprise when I received a charge of $34.99; as if I was on some trial basis. Even after verifying and providing confirmation that I had unsubscribed to recurring payments the same day as the purchase, I was still charged and they refuse to give a refund saying that I was pass the date; even though all evidence was to the contrary. Just be mindful and screenshot as I did, and just dispute with your credit company or bank as I did. Very dissatisfied with how this was handled.
