Export your Apple Health step count and flights climbed data as clean JSON. Send it to your own server via HTTPS or save it locally as per-year JSON files accessible through the Files app. Choose a lookback period — from one day to all time — and export on demand. Data is sent as a simple JSON array, making it easy to integrate with any backend, database, or personal dashboard.
