ควรปรับปรุง
1. ควรเลือกคลับที่เป็น favorite ได้ จะได้ไม่ต้องเลื่อนหาคลับทุกครั้งที่จองคลาส
2. ควรหาเสริจหาคลาสจากชื่อเทรนเนอร์ได้
3. ควรจะดูคลาสที่ผ่านมาแล้วหรือเต็มแล้วได้ เผื่อสนใจจะได้รู้ว่าเป็นคลาสชื่ออะไร ใครสอน คราวหน้าจะได้จองได้

search function
new update search function by typing classes... but, after we press enter.. cannot scroll properly because the keyboard blocking the view.... also cannot search by studio... why are your updates keep making things worse? does the app developer even tests their products? damn stupid
No Way to Contact their Admin department
The previous app has a way to contact their admin. Now there is no way to contact them to inquire about the increase in your billing. When you inquire at your club, about the increase in your monthly bill. They’ll just tell you that the admin or billing department handles that. And they can’t do anything with the increase in your monthly bill. I’ve been a member since 2003. And they do not considerate you being a 23 yrs member. With a lot of fitness first gym being closed and there are alot of other gym like the anytime gym being open. I think i will consider terminating my membership with fitness first. They donot value your loyalty with them. During the pandemic, i didn’t even terminate my membership. And even pay a freezing fee. Some of my friends they terminated their membership. Co’z it’s pandemic. They only think of making profit. So think first before joining Fitness first.
