Won’t open app
I paid for the 1 year subscription and it won’t open up app keeps saying I need internet connection I have internet connection and on my computer this app doesn’t come up at all

Yesterday Nov 19, 2021 I purchased the 1 year subscription BY MISTAKE. I immediately sent you an email to the support ema address asking you to please not process the payment. I don’t want to use the app and don’t won’t the 1 year subscription I’m sure that, as a serious company, you will process my reimbursement as soon as possible.
