Still cannot figure out how to use this app.
The last Fitbit I had was soooo easy to set up. I guess I’ll wear it and know nothing

Response from developer

We are sorry you feel this way. If you have a fitbit account and an iPhone simply press the sync button give permission to apple health, and link your account to fitbit and tada!! After waiting a short amount of time your data is there! Just come back to the app to sync again in the future this time you only need to press the large button!

:(

Have to remove from phone and re add all times

Response from developer

We are sorry you had this issue, we are happy to report that this issue has been fixed! Always feel free to reach out using the contact button in the Settings of the app!

Caveat

no one said it would not function on iPad, they grabbed the money, and left me with bubcus, nada...caveat your mama!

Response from developer

We are sorry for the inconvinience, like we stated in the email you sent us unfortunately Apple does not let us unlist the iPad version. We ENCOURAGE you to contact Apple and receive a refund if you purchased this and do not own an iPhone. Seeing as this is an app to transfer fitbit data to the Apple Health App, this is not possible because the iPad does not have the Apple Health App. We believe our app is exactly as advertised in this regard. If you have any further questions please reach out at hello@kangostudios.com!

Wouldn’t sync

Can’t even write a review because the linked Fitbit website wouldn’t load. Not worth the $$$

Response from developer

We are sorry you experienced some issues, unfortunately Fitbit had some internal errors that were out of our control. We worked quickly with Fitbit to address these and their API is now online and working A okay! Sorry for the inconvenience. If you have any further issues or questions please reach out at Hello@kangostudios.com!
