I love how the app lets you customize everything, weekly plans, workouts, you can even add your own exercises. Additionally, it has a huge database of workouts and exercises and gives instructions to all of them. If you track your gym routine consequently the app visualizes your progress. Really good if you wanna have an long-term overview of your progress.
