What's New in FitnessTracker

3.7

September 11, 2026

Sleep is here Track your nights from Apple Health — time asleep, stages, and heart rate through the night, with trends over any range. Step back through previous nights to compare. Nutrition, in full Carbs and fats now track alongside calories and protein, in a new Nutrition tab built around bar charts. Tap a calorie bar to break the day into protein, carbs and fats by colour, or switch back to straight totals. A macro calculator can write your goals for you. Build your own Today Today is now a layout you choose. Reorder your tiles and add the ones you want — carbs, fats, net calories, calories remaining, weight trend, sleep, recent PRs and more. Your current setup stays exactly as it is until you change it. Workouts • Finish is now a stop button, and it only lights up once every set is checked off. • Adding an exercise from the top menu drops it right where you are, after your last completed set. • Autofill from your last session is now part of Pro. Progress Measurements have moved into Progress as their own tab, and every chart and card now lines up on the same grid. Fixes • The Lock Screen workout card no longer shows up empty. • Nutrition from Apple Health keeps updating all day, not just after your first meal. If you ever want to force it, there's an Update Now button in More → Apple Health that re-reads the last week. • Repeating goals now apply to every day going forward, not just the day you set them on.
