It’s not amazing
For the most part I enjoy the workouts tailored to my goals, but I find the app to be buggy. If I click to take away the music/instructions so I can’t listen to my own thing while working out, the music/instructions will still continue for 30 seconds or so before muting. Sometimes I have to close the app and restart it. Oftentimes the guided video example will freeze and not work at all. Today I open the app, click on “I’m Ready” and the app closes out. I’m on the latest update even, and it still isn’t working. I’m at the point where I’m thinking about discontinuing my subscription and finding a different app. It’s a great app concept but it doesn’t work well.

Solid app, concerned about subscription
I really like this app, even just the free version. What’s great is the interactive videos, you can skip single exercises and keep your flow, and it also provides beeping sounds at the beginning and end of each exercise so you don’t have to watch the screen the whole time. I got this app to make myself stretch more, as my hamstrings and shoulders are tight. $8/week feels like a lot for an app but is something I would try for a couple weeks to see if it’s worth it. After looking at reviews, I’m hesitant because I don’t want to be stuck in a subscription. I also wish there was a way to pay once or pay for certain features as I just want the videos within the stretching section.

La música de fondo es intermitente
Durante mi entrenamiento la música de fondo se apagaba de la nada, no importaba si yo volvía a reproducirla, solo se dejaba de escuchar de repente, me cansé de estarle poniendo play.

Si eliminas la app de tu celular te siguen cobrando cada mes como si la utilizaras, ya busqué en mis suscripciones y no tengo nada de esta app y aún así me están robando mi dinero

I purchase 4 week plan. Which you charged me twice for. No indication that I would continue to be charged once 4 weeks ended. Contacted support but this is false also as you take no responsibility for your error. You charge with no permission no receipt/ invoice. Your trade under the name of Al Workout Planner Apps LTD so charges are even more hidden.
Team are dismissive and refuse to even read case not email proof of overcharged or false charges.
This is disrespectful disgusting behavior your making money off ripping people off and take no accountability when the mistake is on your end,
I will be warning every person I know about your app and charges.
