WILL YOU BE UPDATING? This was a simple and awesome app.

Doesn’t work on iPhone?

I’ve used this app before and it’s the most simple version for macro tracking and logging food. Tried to use it again and it doesn’t support my iPhone which is a real shame

Easy, simple, awesome

I absolutely love this app, it doesn’t have all the extra crap other macro trackers have. Only issue is that it isn’t compatible with the new IOS… please fix this issue I beg you

I love this app, but it’s can’t be used with current OS

I love this app and wish I could keep using it but it hasn’t been updated in years and needs updating to work with Apple’s current OS.
Please update this app. It’s perfect in its simplicity! I don’t like too many bells and whistles. This is the best macro tracker for people that want to track things quickly and have a routine already dialed in.
Please update this app - I’m begging you!!!

FAQ

What does Fitocracy Macros do?

Fitocracy Macros is a tool designed to help users track their macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates, and fats) and calorie intake. This approach aims to support users in achieving fitness goals such as losing weight or building lean muscle more effectively than traditional calorie-only tracking.

How does tracking macros help with weight loss?

Tracking macronutrients can help counteract common dieting side effects like hunger, low energy, and irritability. By targeting the right balance of macros, users can feel fuller throughout the day, maintain higher energy levels, and support lean muscle development, which contributes to a toned physique.

Is Fitocracy Macros free to use?

Based on the provided information, the app is offered for free. There are no mentions of subscription fees or in-app purchases for core functionality.

What features are planned for the future?

Future updates are planned to include a nutritional database for easier food searching and adding, fiber counting, water tracking, alcohol tracking, syncing with Fitocracy for data backup, and the ability to share macros with Fitocracy Group Fitness trainers.

Can I get support or workout plans with this app?

While the app focuses on macro and calorie tracking, the description mentions that users can get support and motivation from the Fitocracy community and access free workout routines designed by trainers on www.fitocracy.com. These resources are designed to complement diet plans.
