About

FitProof brings meals, workouts, sleep, movement, and focus into one clear daily view. Log food with voice, text, photos, nutrition labels, or the bundled food catalog. Review estimates before saving and edit every entry. Follow your editable protein and macro tracking goals, record bodyweight, and see progress over time. Nutrition includes easy-to-find Sources & calculations with USDA, FDA, and other primary references. Train with guided workout plans, manual workout building, set logging, rest timers, and interactive exercise guides. Optional Apple Health integration uses HealthKit to bring permitted activity, steps, sleep, and weight readings into your dashboard. The companion Apple Watch app records workouts through HealthKit. FitProof does not use CareKit. Plan focus sessions and break larger goals into manageable tasks. Athletes can optionally connect to a trainer, receive assigned programs, and consent to sharing completed exercise names, sets, reps, and loads. Nutrition, bodyweight, heart rate, photos, transcripts, and raw movement recordings are not included in trainer sharing. Health logs and AI analysis are on-device by default. Account sign-in, a limited profile, and optional trainer sharing use Firebase. If you choose online food search, your search text goes to Open Food Facts, not your diary or health readings. Apple handles payments. Advanced on-device language features require a compatible iPhone and supported software; manual logging and bundled food search remain available without them. FitProof is a general fitness and wellness tool, not a medical device. Targets, scores, food estimates, and workout suggestions are not diagnosis, treatment, or personalized medical requirements. Review nutrition estimates and consult a qualified professional about suitable goals or medical concerns. FitProof Pro offers monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Prices, billing periods, and any eligible introductory trial are displayed by Apple before purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account.
