FitRange: Strength System

Most fitness apps record what you did. FitRange plans what you do next. Every workout has one goal: beat your previous best. FitRange tells you exactly what weight to lift, tracks every rep, and shows your progress in numbers you can check yourself. YOUR WORKOUTS BECOME A CLIMB Mount Everest is 29,032 feet. Every session you finish moves you up the mountain. Pass Camp I, Camp II, Camp III, and keep going toward the summit. Every foot is earned and itemized: what you lifted, what you hit, why it counted. Finish a workout and see exactly how far you climbed and what got you there. No hidden scores. No made-up numbers. PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD, HANDLED Small increases, repeated consistently, are what build strength. The hard part is knowing what "small" means today. Every session after that, your next weight is already set, warm-ups included, with your last personal record shown so you know what you're chasing.
