About

FitScore SI brings your Apple Health history into a view of your progress and training. Follow weight, steps, sleep, resting heart rate and workouts across time. Set goals and see how your history develops. Review imported workouts in History. Add exercises and sets to lifting sessions, or record location and shoe details for your runs. On Apple Watch, see your latest synced weight in the FitScore app or a watch-face complication. Optional MCP access lets compatible AI clients read your FitScore history after you authorize them. Connect through the FitScore MCP service in your client's connector settings. Sign in with Apple to access your FitScore account. Choose which Apple Health categories to share. Selected records are stored in your FitScore account to provide history and trends. You can stop future imports or delete your FitScore account from Settings. Your original Apple Health records stay in Apple Health. FitScore provides fitness information and visualizations. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
