Every morning I wait till 630 to log on and book aqua fit and every time I get on there it’s booked up it’s an unfair system it’s ridiculous

Suddenly, not working, how it used to
Ok but the screen often freezesAnd you have to then go out of the app and log back in by that point the class is full and you’re on the waiting list. Very annoying
Not fit for purpose
My current gym is using this app for entering the gym and booking classes. It has banned me as a member from booking classes because it doesn’t work properly. Staff members have tried removing the ban but the app won’t allow them. The have tried contacting you, the people they pay for the service, and you have not resolved this issues that started in April 2026 and is now June 2026. This is extremely frustrating and I am at my wits end because I am paying a membership that I can’t fully use. FIX YOUR APP!!!!!!

All in one women only wellbeing leisure centre
A leisure facility with everything I need to look after my wellbeing. My routine is to first use the gym for good work out, then have a swim. To wine down I then use the jacuzzi and ending with the sauna.

The app always freezes/doesn't load when the slots open to book a class.
Doesn’t work
Used once to go to the gym since then can’t access my account as my password or email is wrong (which it isn’t) I try to troubleshoot it says go to front desk at the gym try to reset my password but can’t
