Great when it works
The app is really useful and has a lot of options for measurements to input, however you have to login each time you open the app. And because I created an account through Facebook I’m stuck in this infinite loop where it opens the Facebook app to try to log me in yet it doesn’t communicate back to the Fitstream app. I can’t login any other way and my data is trapped in account I can’t access

Everything gone!
I’ve been using to measure progress via photo and weight on this app. This morning, I was kicked out and when I logged back in everything was deleted so I now have no pictures to look back on since they’re only saved in app!!! Don’t waste your time.
Helpful App
I’ve used this app on two weight loss adventures. I find it very helpful because sometimes weight loss peaks and it’s nice to know your measurements instead. I like that it shows you the numbers and a graph of your progress. I will say I liked the app better before its recent changes. I don’t like that it automatically takes me to a feed of other people’s journeys and you used to be able to click on the body part to add your measurement, but now you have to click at the bottom and select measurement and then find that body part in a list. It’s annoying when you’re trying to add them all at the same time.

Loved the app until it started crashing recently. Absolutely useless now and my stats are lost. Great...
Crashing!
This used to be a great app for keeping track. Now it crashes when I try to add a measurement- makes it useless. Fix it and it would be a 5!
Not working
This app worked great for me for about a year. I had all of my progress photos and measurements stored in it. Now, anytime I attempt to open it, it says "failed attempt" .
Can't log in anymore
I was loving the app, but with the last update I can no longer log in. Since I registered using Facebook I can't do a password reset or anything. Guess I will be finding a new app.
Been using almost a year,still love this app
I must say that of all the fitness tracking apps I've tried, this one is the one I've stuck with for nearly a year. The interface can be a little clunky, but it's more than worth it. I love that the app backs up your data, including pictures and notes. The fact that you can add pictures and notes for each data point you enter is a huge plus for tracking and not a feature available on other free apps. Viewing those pictures and notes again later can be a little tricky in the app itself, but the web version of 'my stream' allows you to view your notes and pictures all at once on a larger screen. I have a fitbit and love it, but for tracking measurement changes and progress photos (that fitbit doesn't support), Fitstream is the best free option I've found, and I can't argue with results: I've lost 60 pounds and 43 inches since I started using this app 9 months ago. Some interface improvements would be great, but I still think it's worth 5 stars as is, especially when compared to the other options out there.

Amazing customer service
So...i'd been using this app for about 8 months...loving it...im on a great diet and recording my measurements with this...pounds dripping off...and the awesome progress graphs making me feel very proud...
Then, one day...there's an app update...so i do it...and for whatever reason, i am unable to retrieve ANY of my info...im saddened...all this work i did still shows on my body...but not in writing...i liked seeing my journey "on paper"...
So i contact the "app people"...they start working on the issue...they did not stop communicating with me and working on fixing the issue until it was fixed!!....i will admit it took a minute to get it straightened out...but, at no point did i feel abandoned or let down and forgotten....
And today....IT'S FIXED!!! All my info is back!! Im so excited to start recording my progress again!!!

So far love the look of this app and the simplicity of it. User friendly and great layout.
Helped me loose 10 lbs, 3 inches off my waist
I really love this app. In the past I have had a hard time loosing weight, because when I hit a plateau I would quit. Using this app to measure my waist, arms, thighs, and take pictures kept me motivated to continue working out. The support is also excellent, I had an issue that only affected me and they worked with me to resolve it.

Disappointed of newest two updates
Scrolling limits on the photo sections = lost progress photos. Please fix or being back the old photo section.
Photos also take forever to load.

Great portable log
Easy to use, nice tracking. Wish it synced with Health app, and they STILL haven't added bust size, which I emailed and pointed out back when I got the app a year ago - for women, bust and chest are two separate measurements!
Cannot delete false entries
For some reason it has me starting off at almost 600lbs which is nearly 400+ lbs off, which throws of my estimated BMI (so now I have no clear reading). You can't even edit to to put my real weight. Deleting app.

Unable to open app
After downloading the app would not open. I tried to sign in with Facebook, and that didn't work. Then I tried to creat an account and I was unsuccessful. An error message would appear and the word "while" was misspelled. Deleted the app immediately after seeing the typo!
Has potential...
Data entry isn't as user friendly as it could be... Once entered there is no way to go to the next measured area without hitting the back button several times. This increases the time of the process. Would to see it scroll to the next measurement area after you are finished with the current. Also, new to this and is mis measured a group, I didn't have my left bicep relaxed. I went back to try and fix it but no matter what I did I couldn't edit the actual measurement or delete it. Please fix! Would love this app otherwise.

Won't let me sign up
I'd love to try this app but the registration fails to complete every time. So I can't even use it at all.

I was loving this app as I used it for 2 months to track my weight and measurements! Then today I logged on and it had no record of my account. I would have had to start over! Never mind!!
Cumbersome
Not user-friendly at all. I have to navigate through 5 screens to enter one measurement (say, right thigh). I will keep it until I find a better app since it has all the features I want.
