I hope they fix it
Every time I start up the app it’ll just stay on the first loading screen and just stay on the same page and load forever.

Awful customer service! Don’t use Fitted!
At first I had no issues using the service until today. Unfortunately my dry cleaning from fitted was missing. The drop off driver left my items at the wrong house and when I walked over to see if was there, It wasn’t there. My husband and I contacted customer service and after going back and forth, the owner pretty much pointed the finger at us - stating that theft can happen. Yes I am sure if can happen but if the driver left my items at the correct house, there would’ve been less of a chance of anyone taking it. He didn’t apologize at all for the situation itself. No empathy was so ever. He didn’t want to help us with a solution. The items dry cleaned were not cheap and he said he can only reimburse $100 (!!!). The customer service was very disappointing. Please beware that if anything happens to not expect exceptional customer service. So sad.

Saved a lot of time
I used fitted during a super busy week and then just stuck with it. My unit has no washer dryer, so they saved me a ton of time. Also the bag works as a basket in my closet - pretty clutch
Everyone needs Fitted
So you are telling me I don’t have to spend time doing laundry, I avoid all the hurdles that come with figuring out how to properly (and sustainably) clean clothes, AND I get a virtual closet on my phone with all my clothes in one app? Where have you been my entire life Fitted?! THANK YOU.
Not worth it
Didn’t list details about the subscriptions being offered. Had to pay for extra when they took an order without notifying me that the subscriptions terms had changed.
Also spammed my email inboxes, tried to follow my Instagram, and sent back some ruined clothes. Seems like fitted is more focused on creating an image rather than providing better service. This effect can be seen by the fake reviews left on this app.

When it comes to quality and customer service, nothing beats Fitted in the Penn State area.
Order never picked up
Placed an order for two jackets to get dry cleaned. Chute has not come to pick up jackets at the specified time nor have they reached out to me in any way regarding my order. I will not use this service again.
I love Chute
They save me time doing laundry and shopping. I love it!!!
