App stopped working
Pop-up screen appears every time I login. The app stopped working for me. It was great while it was working.
Worked great until it didnt
This app worked wonderfully for year's, until a week ago when it kept asking for you to update your studio location and won't let you leave that screen, even though you get a “success” message after picking a studio. Because of this, I can't access the class schedule, so I can't actually sign up for classes. I've sent the help desk six emails, and it received one response - to log out and log back in, but the issues still persist.

Can’t view or sign up for classes
App is glitchy. It hasn’t allowed me to see class times or sign up for them. I’ve tried reinstalling the app but still doesn’t work. Useless.

Breaks weekly
The app breaks at least once a week making it impossible to sign up for classes. It’s the least reliable app I’ve ever used. You constantly have to uninstall and reinstall it. Even the coaches hate it. The gym’s model is also duplicitous. Great classes… but they lie in their advertising and communication is poor.
