My points suddenly disappeared after the application logged me out on its own!! Please fix this!

Doesn’t always work
I work out and walk daily but it doesn’t count all my steps . I’m pretty sure they just don’t want to give us points . Every 3 months i make enough to maybe get an evoucher but that’ if i’m lucky and they count most of my steps . You have to open the app for it to kinda work

Stopped working
It stopped working since few months now, I was expecting a fix , it keeps saying “ json could not be serialized” despite receiving the activation SMS and there’s is no way to contact the developers or support as their official page simply decline sending feedback.
App not working
The app stopped counting steps properly and you have to open the app at the end of each day for it to even count steps. I tried converting my fitticoin to arabi points but I keep getting the message “data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format”. I deleted the app and reinstalled it to try and fix the problem and now I can’t log in and keep getting the same message when I try to put in my phone number. The app was amazing when I first downloaded it and now it’s gotten worse and worse after the recent updates. Please fix this.

Step count wrong + app keeps crashing
I have sent countless emails and no one replied back, i had my step counts wrong and the app keeps on crashing, i had to delete the app multiple times and it’s still not working. Very disappointed

Ever since the most recent version came out, the app went mad. Not reflecting the steps from the Health app on iOS. Shame as the app used to be working like clockwork. Hopefully it’ll be fixed soon.

The app is not working at all! I walk daily and I exceed the limit of 10,000 steps per day. When I come to see my progress, it gives me maximum 137 steps! Really?
I sent many emails explaining that I have a problem in my step counting, but there was no response from the developers at all!

Ruined the app by adding the heartbeat. Does not count properly and you need the app to be open in the background as well. Would not recommend

The last 2 updates have made it worst, it cant calculate the steps
