Exceptional Service!
When shopping here for about the second time, I was preparing for a special vacation trip with my fiancée, and I was unsure how long the package would take to get to me. It was a huge time crunch. After calling, the sweet lady handling customer service let me know that it would be shipping in roughly 3-5 days. Which was just in time. It arrived super quick, and I was really glad to have someone energetic and kind answer the phone.
