The app itself is easy to use, I find the UI easy to navigate and it is genuinely an aesthetically pleasing app. I did find that there is no autofill option when registering for a new account or when logging in which makes it less efficient when trying to quickly create an account or login. I also found that when trying to customize a burger after choosing the munchbox deal, I was unable to do so. For instance, I like the Big Akhi smash burger quite a lot, but I don’t want onions in it, and there is no option for me to remove it with choosing the munchbox deal. Therefore I am having to phone up the restaurant to inform them about this or having to come in to place an order and then having to wait again instead of just ordering for pickup. I would appreciate if my feedback would be considered and if deemed reasonable, the necessary improvements will be made. Thank you for reading this.

Best chicken
I decided to go here (oxford 5 akhis) after my basketball training, it is the best chicken ever! especially the tenders, you can even enjoy the chicken without any sauces, the customer service here is amazing. they treat you very well and always serve you with a smile. Adil served me today and he was amazing! You should come to 5 akhis after a long day as a reward because its worth it.
