To access the Five Lives Research app, you will need an access code. This app is available for Five Lives research participants only. The Five Lives Research app is an application designed for brain health research with Five Lives, including research for people with mild cognitive impairment. FOR RESEARCH PARTICIPANTS ONLY: The app provides access to research apps including: ‘Five Lives MED’ and ‘Five Lives Cognitive Tests’. Thank you for agreeing to take part in the study.
