Great Service, app needs work
I was more than satisfied with my service. Registration was easy, the in person facility is great, our sitter was amazing but this app is terrible. You can’t see each sitter’s availability if you’re trying to rebook. I just have to keep changing my booking hours in hopes that someone will eventually pop up as available. Also, if no sitter is available on the day I requested and I try to change the day, all of the information resets so I have to scroll through the times again, rewrite instructions, etc. I absolutely love the service but the app really needs updating.

Love I was able to create my account, select a child care provider, and then and book a sitter for our date night in less than 10 minutes!
