Needs work
When players quit mid game, the remaining player should automatically get the win. Some players quit when losing, poor sports. Games also glitches often when playing multiplayer over 2 players.
Great game but needs more options
I love this game but the interface needs more options. There are a ton of inactive players in my “recent games” queue. I can’t challenge many of the players I enjoy playing with unless I keep completed games in the bottom of the queue which then slows down the app. Please allow us to either remove players from the queue or challenge players by entering their usernames

No Instructions
No Instructions on How to Play - that area sits blank. No Tutorial - that area sits blank. No idea how it got over 4 stars. The graphics are terrible and misspellings everywhere. Terrible waste of money.
Functional
The UX is a bit strange at first, but you get used to it. Love to see 5 Crowns on mobile.
Unable to invite friends
App visuals are underwhelming and most importantly every time I try to invite a friend I get an error message saying that “my invitation is not ready yet “. No way to get help or troubleshoot. Very unintuitive format.

Fun to play with family in other states
My siblings are spread out over the US and we play this game often. It's a great way to stay connected! I've never had a problem in years of use but recently after iOS update 16.6, I could not start a new game or rematch, and a game started by someone else did not show up on my app. I thought I'd tried everything but couldn't get it to work. Out of desperation, I sent an email to the game developer. Matt replied within a day. He was unable to replicate my issue but suggested logging out and logging back into Apple Game Center. It worked! 5⭐️ for the game and another 5⭐️for game support.

Couple of Suggested Changes
First, love the game. I play with my sister who lives 750 miles away every night.
Two suggestions:
1. Some kind of a “ding” whenever you get a new chat. I watch TV when I play the game and focus on my turn when I hear it’s my turn. Often miss a new chat for a bit.
2. My sister often has to step away from the game, family crisis, pet crisis, etc. When that occurs I wonder if the game is stuck or hung up, although that occurs rarely. If there was a button to press that said, “Stepping away for a minute” then I would know just to wait for her return.
But as I said, play every night. GREAT GAME.

Needs work!
The game is fun but the interface could be vastly improved. Would love to be able to arrange my cards in other configurations. Cards get randomly rearranged when you are not looking. And it’s annoying when you’re looking at your cards to have them turned over when your opponent’s turn comes up. Also there is a bug where the next person’s turn doesn’t appear on their screen. Please update!!

I like playing 5 Crowns with our friends. Now my wife and I can play at home without getting the deck out. One bug though, every game at some point it doesn’t register that the other player is done and it’s your turn. You need to go to the matches menu and reselect the current match. That’s the only problem I’ve encountered.

Help!
I purchased the paid version because it said you would be able to play against the “computer”. I cannot work out how to play against the computer?

Thank you for playing Five Suits Connected. There is a button at the bottom of the screen that says “Play Local Game” that will let you play against the computer on your own device. Enjoy!

I’m glad you’re enjoying the game! I like your suggestion but I’m not sure if it’s feasible because the games are using the GameCenter interface that requires player IDs. I will take another look to see if it’s possible. Thank you for taking the time to write a review - enjoy the game.

My daughter and I live 6 hrs apart but your game being a common interest keeps us in touch almost every day.
Excellent app version of this card game
I’ve been using this game for the last few weeks and the more I use it the happier I am with the game. Although a little bit tricky to use at the start, once you get used to the different processes, the app resembles the excitement and frustration of the real game.
It really is enhanced by the ability to play others online and that you can play multiple games at once. Kudos to the developers of this game.
