Won’t pay out
Despite normally paying out as usual via PayPal after 5 completed surveys, I can’t seem to get paid out. Very feeble excuses I got from their “customer services”
Too Many Broken Surveys!!
I don’t be be having any issues until I get to the last two, I’ve updated the app but every time I get to the last two, it’ll say that I’m qualified only for it to say that I’m not qualified or that it’s broken, which doesn’t make sense because it says that I’m qualified at first😂😂🙄 it’s good and then it’s annoying at the last two

Used to be good but
I have been taking surveys on this app for about a year. Used to be tons of surveys ranging from 2 minutes to maybe 20 minutes. Now today all the surveys are 15 minutes to 70 minutes Seriously who has 70 minutes for $1
Also 9 out of 10 surveys I will spend the 15-30 minutes only to be disqualified. Hmm, what is done with all the info gathered but not what they want? I’ve asked and no response from the developer. If this is a US based company the appropriate agency should investigate.

I spent 2 hours chatting with a BOT to get my reward cards from the surveys working And no surprise that they couldn’t figure it out. This as happened before so now I’m out $25 which is a ton of surveys to try and complete. To get 5 surveys for $5 it could take HOURS to complete.

Completed Surveys Just to Get Kicked Out
I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with this app. I constantly get screened out of surveys, even after spending several minutes answering questions honestly. What’s even worse is that I’ve completed surveys only to have them suddenly close or say I no longer qualify, and then I receive no payment for the time I already invested.
It feels like users are doing a lot of work with little to no compensation, and the process isn’t transparent. I understand not qualifying for every survey, but being removed after completing most or all of it is unacceptable. My time has value, and this app doesn’t seem to respect that.
Until these issues are addressed and users are fairly compensated for completed work, I can’t recommend this app.

They won’t let me do my 5 survey
I can’t confirm if it works yet because I can’t do a fifth survey because it keeps screening me out so I can’t ever do the last one.
Always getting kicked out of surveys
This app is absolute garbage. I have wasted so many hours trying to get up to $15 and it continuously screens me out of surveys even when I’m taking my time and answering the questions. I have wasted hours of my time just to get the smallest amount of money. And even when you take a survey for more than 30 minutes and it kicks you out, you don’t even get credit or anything.

Time to complete
Ads show surveys that take little time. I often spend 3 times as much time to complete a survey as indicated. 15 minute survey = 45-60 minutes of actual time. Really worth it?

Timed out at end of survey?!
Frustrated that 75% of the surveys I took “timed out” or decided I didn’t qualify as I was nearing the end. So I wasted 10-20 minutes on each and didn’t get credit towards the 5 surveys needed.

This app claims it pays you so far I have earned $15 that I cannot find anywhere I contacted support they did not contact back. Beware I don’t know what email they gave me but whatever it is I cannot access it. I do not recommend this app.
Not as it seems
Don’t use this app, there better more honest ones, they advertise survey as a few minutes but actually take hours, they let you get all the way to the end of the survey and then screen you out with no reward, total waste of time, your time spent and wasted in this app is definitely not worth the reward, there customer service is rubbish too, avoid at all costs, I’m only giving 1 star because zero or minus isn’t an option

Yes you do get your 5$ for every 5 surveys but they also scam and kick you from the surveys EVERYTIME you get your 5th one so be aware

This app is a scam it says you can cash out after 5 surveys but after you get to the 3rd survey they start timing you out of every survey saying screened out, and you can literally be done did the whole survey and at the end it times you out so you wasted 20-45 mins on a survey that you didn’t get credit for and still don’t get to the 5th surveys. Trust it’s really a waste of time just to try and earn 5 measly dollars!! I recommend everyone to try JustPlay because you actually or using your time wisely and you actually get to cash out on whatever you made with NO GIMMICKS at all and absolutely no cash out limit!!!!! And you don’t have to reach a certain level that they have set up for you to never reach just to waste your time. Once you finish the challenges you can cash right out unless you want to WILLINGLY keep earning!!! Go to JustPlay guys I promise you won’t regret it

Used to live but now it’s bugged out
I used to be able to cash out from 5 surveys all the time but now I can’t redeem and support does not reply. My account is verified as well but when I try to redeem my $5 now it says too many attempts and to try again later but it does the same thing hours and days later. Bugs need to be fixed so the app can work properly again.

Not worth the headache
If something is wrong or fails on their end nothing is done. Customer service is a joke. It’s the same response every time and it’s just a bot I have asked to escalate my concern to see if anything can be done they just send out the same message over and over then close it out. So if you are playing any games on here just be aware the closer you get to finishing the tasks it will stop working and you will not receive anything and not be able to get it resolved

Cash-Outs
You actually do cash out after doing 5 surveys; However, 5 surveys is actually 10 surveys for $5.00 because it breaks the survey count in half when you complete a survey.
