Should have a zero star

How do I know your app is better before paying a high price when the first time I used it, sorry but it as worthless. The faces where distorted and much more.
They want you to pay this hight price, when I tried it free, it’s worthless. It did nothing and I mean nothing. I deleted this right away. Not worth my time, not worth a dime.

Frozen

App no longer works on my iPhone. Have enjoyed and repaired 100’s of photos for several years. But now it freezes up every time I try to use it. Tried deleting and restarting the app and turning my iPhone of and on. Nothing works.

Great but loses photo detail

This app is great and so easy to use. My only complaint is that I spend hours smoothing and repairing a photo only to find the app has added vertical lines over the whole image as it loses a lot of resolution :( :( :( which means I don’t get the print quality I’d hope for

Superb

I was given an old and very damaged photo of my great grandad, this app, using the replicator tool fixed it up an absolute treat! My family think I’m some sort of magician.

Been messing with all my family with the clean up of old photos of the grandparents and in-laws. Really great app! Love it!

The application stopped working after the first photo. I could not upload any images sftrr the first on y iphone 12 pro. Not worth the money.

Not satisfied

Wish I could have a refund. Didn’t like the app at all. Photos look very blurry.

AMAZING SERVICE (Damaged Photo Restore 2)

I rarely write reviews, but this is well deserved. After I plopped down the relatively high price for this APP, it initially seemed to be just be another Photoshop Brushes single-function knock off, with slow functionality... but the SUPPORT response to my complaint was amazing!

When I contacted SUPPORT, the developer was super responsive and even resolved my issue personally. On top of that, 24 hours later he sent out a software update based on my query, which I now LOVE.

The tutorial is a no-brainer ... walks through the functions step by step. I had a particularly difficult challenging photo, and I didn’t like one of the APP “undo” features—which is now corrected. I’ve never had this kind of quick response from an APP developer. Bravo.

100% worth the money to be able to quickly repair old photos before sharing. I’m headed over to try the colorization APP that they recommended. Good job, GENOVA Softworks!!

Waste of time and money

This did nothing to my pictures. Ended up just editing on my phone filters which turned out better.

App stops working iPad Pro 2020

The application is tedious to use it is not a magic tool that automatically repairs your old photos. The application hung and stopped working the first time using it. It was after the application popped up and asked me if the application was working.At the time of only using it for 15 minutes the application appeared to look good and I said yes. It was at that point the application crashed. I restarted the app a second time it crashed without error. I want a refund.

Info / back button deletes progress and picture !

It’s a great app if you have the time to properly use it but you can’t hit the info button and go back to your progress ! IT WILL DELETE EVERYTHING AND START OVER !!! FRISTRATING PLEASE FIX THIS !!!!
