Works for updating firmware
As the description says, this app is for updating firmware. Calling it “fix” may be an overstatement.

Software dev team needs better QA and testing before releasing updates and then needing and putting out a “fix-it” app that doesn’t solve the issue it was meant to solve.
My SmartOne device was new in September ‘24, now 5 months old it’s useless to me.

My Spirobank Smart is useless now
After connecting this app to two Spirobanks I own they no longer work. At some point during a test they shut down and then tell me the test was unsuccessful either because of an abrupt stop or no plateau was reached. They both worked perfectly previous to that. The devices are extremely expensive. Now they are useless!

Firmware update reduced accuracy
Following the firmware update my smart one reads 15% higher volume throughput . It’s old Reading aligned with the mechanical spirometers widely used and hospital based tests . Now it’s completely out . Evidenced by my readings history

Does what it says on the tin. Bit scary that it goes straight in with a firmware update
