Been waiting over two days for the verification email. Tried ‘resend email’ over and over again, still nothing! Useless app!!
Needs changes.
You should be able to make reports without having to be at the exact location and you can only upload a picture in real time at the location. This is stupid and doesn’t make sense. You might notice something on the road but can’t stop to take a picture or make a report at the location because you are driving. You should be able to make the report when you get home after pinpointing the location on the map. I made a very valid report and gave details with the location but it was rejected because “the picture wasn’t clear”. I would think that the information that the traffic lights were broken for weeks and with the exact location was enough information without the need of a picture.
