Slow and unresponsive
It’s been over three weeks since they started and nothing is happening. I’ve been trying to gently prod them for a response, but no one responds. It’s been a week since I heard anything from them.
A novel approach to treadmill repair
My Precor treadmill required a fairly complex repair which I would’ve never been able to do myself but with the help of technician Mike we were able to address it via a couple of conference calls and everything is great now. He was very patient and thorough and made sure that my repair was satisfactory.
My only minor gripe is that the iOS app for some reason would not give me notifications so we had a little bit of a communication problem at times. Other than that the experience was great!
