App purchase not transferred
I emailed the app developer to let them know that my unlimited lives didn’t transfer to my new iPhone when I logged in to my account. Haven’t heard anything about fixing this and it’s been over a week

Downloaded the Game and decided to buy the Unlimited Lives on sale for $5. After finishing the first quarter of 100 puzzles that’s based on “Moves” then started playing the second quarter based on “Timer.” After a few puzzles got a 50 pieces one, scattered all over the place, that has to be completed in 34 seconds, which is a total impossibility.
So if I wanted to continue playing I had to cough up $1 for 10 extra moves or “boosters” as it’s called. Since that quarter has 100 puzzles it became obvious that I will end paying more for those boosters than what I paid for the game’s “Unlimited Lives.”
The whole thing is a total rip-off. Most likely there are many other “tricks” embedded in the next seven sets, in order to get additional money from the unsuspecting customer. So I decided to delete the game and absorb the loss.

Great game but I need help.
I believe that we should be able to get a daily booster when logged in to your account.
Obnoxiously loud ads with no mute loses a star
I’ve really enjoyed this game. I have over 3500 stars at this point. This would easily be a 5 star review, but anyone who plays ads at full volume WITH NO MUTE OPTION should be in prison.

Never gets boring!
Been playing daily for over a year, and it never gets old. There are a dozen or so puzzles I have seen more than once, but there are hundreds of designs; most are new to me even now. Even if it's a design I have encountered before, the game is different each and every time because the tiles are placed randomly at the start of each round. I played the free version for a long time. I found it enjoyable enough to pay to remove ads, and that was money well spent. Recently I paid for the "no timer" upgrade, and it was well worth the small amount of money to have unlimited time on the Campaign section. (It doesn't remove the timer from the lightning round in Duel, so don't worry that your opponent might have purchased something that gives them an advantage.) There are 4 other players I have been dueling regularly, and they have been faithful companions for many months. A few times I requested to be matched with a new player, and sometimes the person never comes back to complete the 3-game match. The only way to clear that match from my list was for me to forfeit. Suggestion for developer: add a feature where you automatically win the match if other person fails to play after a certain period (2 weeks maybe). Seems unfair that I should have to be the one to forfeit. However, it hasn't hurt my record -- because I have no stats! There is a header in the Duel section that shows I have zero wins, zero losses, etc. I have looked all through settings and can't find any way to turn on the statistics. It doesn't really diminish my enjoyment of this challenging and addictive game, though, so I give it 5 stars.

Rotation levels are impossible for me and the ‘help’ hints are not at all helpful. Was 5 stars for me. Now down to 1 star.

Annoying, I can’t log on I have 2 devices with the same Appleid and I want to pair them up, yet when I try to log in to Fixum it constantly says oops don’t recognise password despite being sent my password as a reminder, try to email you and all it says is there’s no email set up on my device, yes there is, so annoying

buggy!
freezes after almost every game. have to turn off ipad & then on again to unfreeze. real pain. also hate the timers & shame on you for making people have to buy their way out of them. lots of us have arthritic hands & can't move fingers fast enough for the brief window of time allotted. other than that, great game.

Very cool game
I play this game occasionally and find it challenging but not impossible. A good way to challenge myself mentally if I have a few minutes to spare while sitting in waiting room or waiting to pick someone up. Worth a try if you like brain teasers.
