Unable to use your service
Didn’t receive any SMS to confirm my number, I tried several times and couldn’t book a ride when I needed in the end. Not good

Unreliable
Your reservation can get canceled without a clear reason and the customer service will hang up on you. Also the drivers will ask you for more money if you have many bags even if you’ve ordered a bigger cars. Last but not least, your complain will be ignored.
Cancelled trip
I had reserved a car to go to the opera. They called but didn’t leave a message. I continually tried to call the number back but no one answered. I called customer service only to find out that they canceled my trip and that they don’t leave messages. I’m very angry
