About

Putting the full power of the Florida Automated Weather Network (FAWN) in your pocket. REAL-TIME STATION DATA Monitor current conditions at FAWN and Grower network stations across Florida. View temperature, humidity, wind speed, rainfall, ET, dew point, pressure, radiation, soil temperature, wet bulb, and THI — updated automatically and displayed in a clean, easy-to-read card layout. WEATHER HISTORY Review 7-day observation history with interactive line charts. Track air temperature, soil temperature, wet bulb, humidity, wind speed, dew point, rainfall, and pressure trends over time. FORECAST Get 48-hour NWS hourly forecasts tied to your station location. The Forecast Tracker overlays observed temperatures against NWS predictions so you can evaluate forecast accuracy at your exact location. COLD PROTECTION TOOLS Know your freeze risk before it happens. The Irrigation Risk screen rates evaporative cooling risk from None to Extreme based on current air temperature, wet bulb temperature, and wind speed. A 48-hour forecast risk table helps you plan ahead. Built on the University of Florida IFAS evaporative cooling model. IRRIGATION SCHEDULERS (FAWN Stations) Generate personalised 2-week irrigation schedules for three crop types: • Strawberry — enter between-row spacing, planting and harvest dates, system rate, and efficiency to get your daily irrigation duration and crop coefficient. • Vegetable — supports Summer Squash, Tomato, and Watermelon with stage-based crop coefficients calculated from days after planting. • Citrus MicroSprinkler — full root-length water balance model accounting for tree spacing, emitter diameter, pattern, flow rate, soil type, irrigation depth, and trigger depth. Get irrigation frequency, duration, and rain delay recommendations for five rainfall scenarios. All schedulers use a live 5-day mean ET value fetched directly from FAWN, with automatic missing-date repair from the two nearest neighbour stations. FAVORITES & MAP Save your most-used stations as favorites for instant access. View all FAWN and Grower stations on an interactive map. Built by the University of Florida IFAS for Florida's farming community.
