It's not free it will say unlock for free
It will ask for you to unlock it by entering your details (app store details) I tried it as I had no money on this account it tried to charge me $30 for a flag

Great for cataloguing a country onto a photo
This is brilliant if you want to overlay a countries flag to an item it comes from. I have a vinyl collection where many pictures sleeves are the same. This app allows me to lay that countries flag over the picture sleeve. So they no longer look the same. It also keeps the original photo so you can still use this. Brilliant for what I need.

Once I opened the app it flashed many adds and with every tap one popped up is would make me pay to unlock the flags which I do not advise doing
