FlagPlay Recruiting

FlagPlay is the recruiting database and verified-stats platform for girls' flag football — the searchable, credentialed home where athletes get found and college coaches find recruits. FlagPlay is free for athletes and coaches during launch. BUILT FOR ATHLETES & FAMILIES — FREE • Build a verified recruiting profile — measurables, position, class year, school, and GPA. • Showcase verified combine numbers (40-yard, vertical, broad, pro-agility, L-drill) and where you rank. • Add photos and highlight reels coaches actually want to see — made in NextPlay, synced to your FlagPlay profile automatically. • Track scholarship offers. • Invite family to follow your recruiting journey. BUILT FOR COLLEGE COACHES — FREE DURING LAUNCH • Search the full recruiting database by state, position, class, GPA, and verified status. • Build a recruiting board — triage prospects by Priority / Interested / Later / Pass, ranked by FIT score. • Message verified athletes and their guardians, with parent approval required for athletes under 18. • Log scouting notes, save searches, and track your recruiting pipeline. WHY VERIFIED MATTERS FlagPlay verifies combine results through VALD hardware timing and FlagPlay staff review, and game stats through sideline scorekeepers with AI video cross-validation — so the numbers a coach sees are real. Verified athletes stand out.
