It can’t find my device via Bluetooth or wifi it’s ridiculous

App isn’t working
While on Bluetooth (wifi apparently isn’t available yet) the app does not connect to the tower unless you turn on the tower. Defeating the purpose of having remote/app access.

The app and/or diffuser not connecting to wifi, keeps telling me user doesn’t exist. Had to connect with Bluetooth, the app is very primitive. Hope they work on it.
