I’ve never written a review for an app before, except this one. Multiple negative reviews. Why was the ‘recent order’ option removed? You think most people maybe order the SAME thing every visit? And we’d like to re-select that each time? Nope! Let’s fill out the same thing each time. What a a joke!

Terrible since update
Absolute garbage. App used to work perfectly but now with new update it’s garbage. I add one beef bowl the way I want it, then I try to add a second beef bowl and it only allows me to UPDATE the bowl instead of order a new one completely different. So both bowls would be exactly the same. Why do these companies insist on changing things that already work?? And yes, I deleted the app and redownloaded it and still same issue. GARBAGE!

App doesn’t allow you two order two of the same items
Updated app today 1/31/26 and it doesn’t allow me to order two of the same items (we want one with veggies and one without). When I click order additional items and then go to add the bowl to the cart it’s just “updating” the item I already had in the cart. How annoying. Don’t you want my money?

Unfortunately I’ve applied recent updates to the app, but I am still getting the invalid token rendering the app useless. Bummer. Hoping a fix will come sooner than later.

I have had nothing but issues with the flame broiler app. Every revision has new bugs. The latest is “invalid authentication token”, so I have to go on the website and order there instead. What low budget app developer has this contract. Seriously the WORST app I have ever used

App is broken
I can’t order anything. I keep getting an invalid token error for days. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn’t help. Lost my business because I’m not going in personally to order and wait.

I used to order all the time, but now it doesn’t work anymore. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled. But for the past week or two I’ve gotten an “invalid token” error every time I try to select my location to place my order. I like their food, but I’m not gonna go in, wait in line, place my order, and just wait there until they make it. Something is seriously broken. I mean I guess I could contact support, but it should just work or send them notifications when errors occur. Maybe I’ll check back in a few months to see if I can order takeout again.

Unable to Order Pickup
Before ordering and after I select a location, I get an ‘Invalid Authentication Token’ error. This blocks me from even ordering on the app.
App is broken
First of all, my points never increase no matter how much I order. It’s been sitting at 600 points for a couple months now. Second issue is the payment system that never works with my ApplePay, making me submit a new payment method every single time. Now with this new update, I can’t even place an order because of some error on the app. Hopefully we get some fixes soon because it’s getting ridiculous.

too many bugs
i want to order from here but there’s too many errors. i thought i just needed to update the app but it’s already updated. i can’t place an order because it won’t let me click on the location. it keeps saying error.

Love rewards and the product! I really wish I could customize my order to not include fruit and have extra rice instead. That option would bump up my review to 5 stars right there.
Glitchy interface. Bad payment system
The reward program doesn’t load unless you routinely log in and out over and over. Apple Pay feature is faulty and only works a third of the time.

Buggy App, Hire Me to Fix It
I love flame broiler but the app is super buggy. I could not enter my payment details for my card and could only pay through apple pay. My mom also could not log in to her account. I am a software engineer looking for a job and I will gladly fix it for you
